In 2012, Shell announced the launch of a new promotion in collaboration with Ferrari and the LEGO Group. The unique LEGO models were available for purchase exclusively at Shell branded fuel stations when customers filled with Shell V-Power 98.

The Shell promotion introduced six exclusive LEGO models that were based on some of the most iconic vehicles in Ferrari’s motoring history. This exciting collection brought together three of the most notable global brands in the world and celebrates over 60 years of a shared passion for performance between Shell and Ferrari.

The Ferrari 150 Italia, formerly known as the Ferrari F150, was a Formula One car used by Ferrari to compete in the 2011 Formula One season. It was launched at Ferrari's headquarters in Maranello, Italy on 28 January 2011, one year to the day after the launch of its predecessor, the Ferrari F10. The Ferrari 150 Italia was the first Ferrari Formula One car to utilise Pirelli tyres since Ferrari D50 in 1956. The car's chassis designation was chosen to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy."

This Ferrari has a flywheel mechanism, so when it is pulled back and released, it will propel forward - as seen in the attached video.
