In 2012, Shell announced the launch of a new promotion in collaboration with Ferrari and the LEGO Group. The unique LEGO models were available for purchase exclusively at Shell branded fuel stations when customers filled with Shell V-Power 98. 

The Shell promotion introduced six exclusive LEGO models that were based on some of the most iconic vehicles in Ferrari’s motoring history. This exciting collection brought together three of the most notable global brands in the world and celebrates over 60 years of a shared passion for performance between Shell and Ferrari.

The Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta is a legendary sports car series produced by Ferrari, known for its blend of racing pedigree and road-going capability. The original 250 GT Berlinetta, nicknamed the "Long Wheelbase Berlinetta", was also called the "Tour de France" after competing in the 10-dayTour de France automobile race.

The 250 GT Berlinetta series was a crucial stepping stone in Ferrari's development of front-engine road-racing models, ultimately leading to the 250 GTO.

This Ferrari has a flywheel mechanism, so when it is pulled back and released, it will propel forward.
